Prices are in pounds sterling. Unless agreed otherwise, a deposit is payable on order with the balance due on or before completion. Full payment terms are set out in your quotation or order confirmation.
Where you are a consumer, you may have a statutory right to cancel certain contracts within 14 days. This right does not normally apply to made-to-measure or bespoke products made to your specification. Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.
Our products and workmanship are provided with the guarantees stated in your quotation or order documentation, together with the benefit of any applicable manufacturer warranties.
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Otherwise, our liability in connection with any contract is limited to the price paid for the relevant products or services.
